Coral Gables Bride + Groom Session | Jennifer + Justin

Our hearts completely broke when we heard Jenny and Justin’s story. They reached out to us to be models for our inspiration shoot back in March. They told us why they wanted to be our “models” and Jenny shared the story of how her and Justin got married a little less than a year ago. They saved up for their wedding, budgeted everything very carefully, and worked hard to make it a dream come true. But they had no idea that their photographer would lose all of their wedding images. ALL. OF. THEM. They only have a handful of images from either iPhones or a friends camera but the ones they really had to cherish were all gone. We read her email with our mouths open and our hearts aching for her. Because we know and understand how important the images of your wedding day are! Those are moments you never get back, moments you can’t do over.

Vic and I spoke about it and we knew we had to do something for them. We decided to gift her a bride and groom session and we are so glad we did. Justin, who was in the Air Force, wore his dress uniform and thanks to our friends at Brides of Florida, we were able to get Jenny a stunning dress to wear for the session. She found someone to recreate the same exact bouquet from her wedding day and she had her hair done by Dustin from Makeup & Hair by Marz and makeup done by Makeup by Loza. We started out the session at the Douglas Entrance and we were even able to do a “first look” because Jenny and Justin came in separate cars! We then headed to the Coral Gables City Hall and we were escorted by the city commissioner to a special location on the second floor that no one had ever taken pictures in before! From beginning to end, this session was such a dream and we are so honored to have been able to capture the love these two share! Loved his reaction during their “first look”! Jenny warned us that Justin was a cryer, but we love when men show some emotion!
I love the way her nose wrinkles when he makes her laugh! So much joy! This has to be one of my favorites of Jenny! Isn’t she stunning?!These two are SO happy together and we were loving every moment! I promise, I never get tired of these smiley kisses!

That look is everything! You gotta love a man in uniform! So there’s a really cool story about this spot! We were taking pictures in the courtyard of the Coral Gables City Hall and a really tall man in a nice suit approached us. He asked if we wanted to take pictures somewhere that no one has ever taken pictures before. The four of us looked at each other, and of course, we said yes! We followed him inside and he led us to the second floor front balcony of the building. We had to go through, what looked like, a courtroom, push aside some flags, and squeeze through a narrow door to get here, but it was SO WORTH IT! Thank you random guy, who was obviously important, but I can’t remember your name! You made our day :)Love this one so much! 

Jenny and Justin, we loved our time with you both and we are so glad we were able to capture your love! You two are so sweet and we wish you all the best throughout your marriage! Continue to enjoy each other and always laugh together! We love you guys!
