He lived in Michigan and she lived in New Jersey but their paths crossed one fateful day in New York. Brian worked for the military and had traveled to New York for the inauguration of the USS New York, a military ship made of the metal from the World Trade Center. Jasmine’s family was touring the boat and Brian just happened to be their tour guide! The rest, as they say, was history! They dated for 8 years before tying the knot this past weekend in Miami (where he proposed to her). But before they said their I Do’s we were able to get a mini engagement session with then at Vizcaya last Thursday.
The weather in Florida in the summer is pretty brutal with the heat and humidity, but Jasmine and Brian were such troopers throughout their session. Although it was hot, it didn’t stop them from snuggling and getting close! It didn’t help that the outdoor ac unit fan not spinning. They’ve been dating long distance for all these years and you could just tell how excited they were to be together, knowing they would be husband and wife in a few days! We will be sharing more from their wedding soon but for now, enjoy some of our favorites from their engagement session at Vizcaya!
