Ritz Carlton Sarasota Wedding | Lindsey + Frank

Lindsey and Frank had a whirlwind wedding day but above all else their love shone through and they married their soulmate that day! They met at a local juice bar in Washington DC where they both live and instantly hit it off. Lindsey even called her sister that day and told her she had just met the most kind-hearted and amazing man. Lindsey was out of town for a few months for work and when she came back to DC and went to the juice bar, she found Frank there and he asked her where she had been and asked for her number. There was a lot going on in Lindsey’s life at the time and Frank knew she just needed a friend, so that’s what he was for her and they became close friends for 2.5 years. But after all that time, there were sparks and ne day during a bike ride, he kissed her, and the rest was history! They dated for 3.5 years and then Frank decided to propose! They went on a bike ride to one of Lindsey’s favorite spots and he proposed to her and celebrated with their families right after the big moment!

The connection this couple has is so beautiful and one we are so honored we got to capture! The way they looked at each other and held each other close just made our entire day. We started the day greeted with warm hugs and feeling so welcome and loved by Lindsey and her family! It was a beautiful day but unfortunately, a huge storm rolled in later that evening. Thankfully, Lindsey and Frank decided to do a first look about 2 weeks before their wedding, and we could have not been more grateful that they made that decision because we were able to get some portraits for them before the storm rolled in! They originally had plans to get married outside but due to the intense storm we had to roll with plan B of an indoor ceremony. But the indoor space was just as beautiful and this couple just rolled with the punches throughout the unforeseen circumstances they were dealt. And thankfully, just as the sun was setting, the weather cleared up and we were able to get some sunset portraits for them! They even got to have their first dance under the bistro lights as Lindsey had dreamed of her whole life. It was a beautiful wedding day and even with the slight hiccup of the crazy storm, this day was amazing! We’re excited to be sharing more of this stunning and intimate Ritz Carlton Sarasota wedding with you all today!

Freedom Park Engagement Photos We recently photographed the sweetest couple during their Charlotte engagement session, and their quiet, gentle connection was absolutely beautiful to capture. Even though Bailey and James described themselves as a little shy in front of the camera, you would never know it from their photos. They eased into the session so […]
