On the same day that we shot our last elopement, we also shot this elopement that afternoon! So, as you can imagine, we had a day FULL of love with two couples who became husband and wife that Monday! Danielle and Kyle had originally planned their wedding to be in May but had to postpone it due to COVID. They’ve been waiting almost 9 years for this day and we’re glad we got to be a part of this moment they’ve been waiting so long for! They met in college at UCF and have been inseparable ever since. Kyle proposed in Paris under the Eiffel Tower and they were actually planning on eloping their before the pandemic hit. But they chose the Ancient Spanish Monastery for it’s European architectural vibe and we love how these photos came out! They decided to elope with only their immediate family present so this small and intimate gathering was just perfect.
Danielle and Kyle had their ceremony in the small courtyard nestled inside the monastery with the most beautiful light coming through as they said their vows. They had donuts from our favorite spot (Salty Donut) as their wedding cake and the cutest charcuterie board for their “cocktail hour”. After their ceremony and some family formals, we stole them away to get some portraits around the outside of the monastery and the gardens. The light was MAGIC and Danielle and Kyle were absolutely flawless! Danielle had her hair and makeup done by the amazing Style Me Elvi team and Kyle’s mom, who is a florist, put together all the florals and Danielle’s stunning bouquet! These two are not only gorgeous but the sweetest people who are so in love! We’re so glad they chose us to capture their elopement and we’re excited to share some of our favorites with you all today!
Danielle and Kyle, thank you for allowing us to capture your special day and being a part of it all! You two are amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to close out the craziest year! We wish you nothing but love and happiness in this season as newlyweds! Welcome to the married club :)
