I never even thought I would even be blogging this session. It’s something I wanted to do, but in the middle of our busy season, I didn’t think it would be possible. And now, looking at these images, I am so happy we got a chance to make this session happen. I wanted a special anniversary session to remember this season in our lives, to remember the moments, the feelings and emotions we feel after being married for five years. I want to remember all the amazing things we’ve seen God do in our lives over the past years. I want to remember how much love I feel for him at this very moment and I want to relive this season every single time I look at these pictures. This, friends is what it’s all about.

Absolutely none of this would have been possible without our dear friend Vanessa Velez, who not only captured these stunning photos for us but practically put together the entire shoot. She and our friend Soco Alicea worked hard to bring everyone together to make this anniversary session extra special for both of us! We cannot thank them enough for taking their time and putting so much love into every detail. And to every vendor friend, that helped, we SO appreciate you. We now have these images that we truly cherish so much and can show our future children and grandchildren one day. So here are some of our favorites from our recent five-year anniversary session!

This sweet little cake was made by The Starfish Cottage and it was just the cutest thing! Thank you, Brides of Florida, for this amazing dress! And a shoutout to Yasmine at Maison Francis for this beautiful calligraphy! So many favorites! Another favorite! :) Claudia and Melissa did an amazing job of making me feel beautiful! This bouquet from Miami Centerpieces was AMAZING! I really tried to keep it alive as long as possible after the shoot!
