Today is a day that is very special. The day my amazing husband was born exactly 35 years ago. (I know he’s going to cringe at the fact that I’m sharing his age haha) But in all honesty, I can’t imagine my life without him. There would be no Kristy & Vic Photography, and I can guarantee that I would not be half as happy as I am right now. I’m beyond blessed to have married him 5 and a half years ago and today I’d love for you all to help me celebrate him!

In honor of his birthday today, I am going to share the 10 things I love most about Vic. So cue the mushiness and sappy love post :)

1. I love the way he loves the Lord. His passion for God and love for Jesus is probably one of my favorite things about him.
2. The way he serves others and is always willing to help inspires me to be a better person. He truly has a heart for other people.
3. His smile gets me through the toughest times and makes me weak in the knees. It lights up the room and is truly my favorite part of him.
4. He is passionate about our business and seeing us grow and succeed. And he is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure I am provided for.
5. He is a special breed of a man who actually helps me around the house, enjoys cooking, and I don’t have to nag to get things done.
6. He enjoys decorating the house (maybe even more than I do) and has a ton of ideas and special projects for our new home. And he actually loves going to HomeGoods, Target, and West Elm with me.
7. I love that I don’t ever have to doubt if he loves me or not. He makes it known to me on a daily basis how much he cherishes me, and I always feel safe and cared for when he is around.
8. He is the type of guy who always finishes what he starts and is so driven to get projects done as quickly as possible.
9. Sometimes his perfectionist tendencies can be annoying, but it truly is an amazing quality in both our lives and our business. He always wants to make sure that everything is done correctly and its an amazing trait.
10. Last but not least, I love that he makes me laugh every single day, without fail. He is seriously one of the funniest people I know and no matter what kind of day I’ve had, he’s always there to put a huge smile on my face.

So today friends, please help me wish Vic the happiest of birthdays! He is a one-of-a-kind man and I’m truly grateful that God brought him into my life almost 10 years ago. Happy Birthday Baby!!! Today and always, you deserve the very best and I love you more than words can even say. My greatest joy has been being your wife and I can’t wait for many more birthdays by your side!
