A Beautiful Wedding Day at Coral Ridge Yacht Club

Some love stories happen quickly while others take their time. For Rachel and Michael, their wedding day at Coral Ridge Yacht Club was the culmination of a love story that started over a decade ago when they were just teenagers. As high school sweethearts, they’ve grown up together, navigated life’s milestones side by side, and built a relationship rooted in friendship, trust, and unwavering support. Watching them finally say “I do” surrounded by their favorite people was nothing short of incredible!

The day began with excitement filling the bridal suite as friends and family prepared for the festivities ahead. There was an undeniable energy in the air knowing that after more than ten years together, this day had finally arrived! We were greeted with open arms and lots of hugs as we reunited with Rachel and met her family and closest friends for the first time. Rachel and Michael had the sweetest first look and we could feel the emotions and energy of them seeing each other for the first time on their big day!  When it was time for their private vows, they decided to do it right in the very ceremony spot they’d make it official a short time later. After spending more than a decade together, this didn’t feel like just the start of a marriage, it was the continuation of a beautiful story already well underway. Their ceremony perfectly reflected who they are as a couple: genuine, joyful, and deeply connected!

Years of loving each other translated naturally in front of the camera! They were completely themselves; laughing, talking, and soaking in every moment together. And when it came to the reception was an absolute party! Their friends and family showed up ready to celebrate, and the dance floor stayed packed all night long. From heartfelt toasts that reflected on their journey together to nonstop dancing and laughter, every moment felt like a true reflection of who they are. One thing we always tell our couples is that the best wedding photos happen when you’re fully present. These two embraced every second of their day, and it shows in every image. This wedding was a beautiful reminder that the best love stories aren’t always the ones that happen quickly, they’re the ones that stand the test of time!
