These two have hearts to help others and you can tell because of what they’ve chosen as their careers in life. Amy is a nurse and Matt is a police officer and they met over three years ago at a bar where Amy was bartending. They started talking and one thing led to another and they started dating. Last Christmas, Matt took Amy up to a cabin in Tennessee for the holidays and popped the question. In just a few months they’ll be tying the knot but before the big day arrives, we were able to get together with them for their engagement session. Being a nurse and a police officer they’ve got hectic schedules, but we managed to find a day when we were all available and made some magic happen!

Amy and Matt were so great throughout our time together with them and we’re so glad we were able to spend the afternoon with them around Amelia Earhart Park. The weather and light that day were absolutely perfect and this sweet couple killed it! They were a little nervous about taking professional photos, but they did awesome and we loved getting to know them better during this engagement session.
