As most of you who follow our blog can realize, I normally blog on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Well, yesterday, I didn’t blog (insert dramatic music: DUN, DUN, DUN)! This week we have been non-stop with my birthday on Tuesday, styled shoots, meetings, and photo sessions! So being completely honest, I forgot. I overlooked it and at about 9 pm last night, I realized it was Thursday (because again, this week has been a blur) and remembered that I didn’t blog! But alas, our business will not crumble and I’m pretty sure we will not lose blog followers! Because, guess what friends, at the end of the day we are human. There are days we wake up and are ready to take on the world, and other days where one cup of coffee isn’t enough and our brains are mushy because of everything we have to do.

But today, I woke up with gratitude in my heart and God’s goodness on my mind. There are things happening to us in our business right now that make me realize how wonderful God is. I mean, we know it and I’m aware of it all the time, but there are just times when God’s goodness really hits you. Times where you sit back and think to yourself “How did I get here?” And it’s in those moments that you can look at your day, your week, your past month, or even years and see God’s hand at work in your life.

So today, and everyday, we are in awe of God’s goodness over our lives! We challenge you to look back at moments in your life and think about how good God is and how His hand has been over you and your family. Whether you pray everyday, go to church every Sunday, or not. There are so many things to be thankful for and whether you feel you have a perfect life, or everything is going wrong, I encourage you to open your eyes, see, and be grateful for God’s goodness. Trust me, it will make your Friday even better! :)
