It’s hard to adequately describe how humbled and honored we feel to have been a part of this wedding. For this sweet couple to fly us out to South Carolina to capture their wedding means the world to us. Being there to witness their joy and emotion as they said their “I Do’s” has been the highlight of our year and we don’t take this amazing privilege for granted. As we’ve mentioned before, our bride Christa is a wedding photographer herself, so when she asked us to capture her special day we were ecstatic! They flew down to Florida for their engagement session back in March and after our time together, we knew their wedding day was going to be amazing… and indeed it was!

About a week before their wedding day, there was a huge threat to the Carolina’s in the form of Hurricane Florence. This massive storm was predicted to make landfall the same weekend Christa and Edward got married but when we called Christa to talk out all the options, her calmness and serenity gave us peace and we knew that no matter what happened she was just happy to be marrying Edward. Thankfully, we made it to Greenville safely and NOT ONE drop of rain fell on their wedding day! Both of their families welcomed us and made us feel so loved from the moment we arrived on their wedding day and you could tell how excited everyone was to see these two finally tying the knot. Christa and Edward are one of the sweetest couples we’ve ever known and we’re thankful they chose us to be their wedding photographers! It’s been SO hard to narrow it down to just a few favorites but here are some from Christa and Edwards classic Greenville, SC wedding for you all to enjoy!

Love everything about these different color bridesmaids dresses! Oh these Mrs. Box’s never disappoint! Look at these ladies! Such a sweet and amazing group of girls :) This sweet moment between Christa and her momma was everything!
We have the most stunning brides! And equally handsome grooms! This first look even had us in tears! (And by “us” I mean me, Kristy) Y’all we can’t even deal!!! These two are just amazing! WAY too many favorites in today’s post! There was so much emotion throughout this wedding day! Christa and Edward got married in her dad’s church and it was her father who married them! First kiss as Mr. and Mrs. Robinson! And then we got them outside for more bride and groom portraits with this gorgeous sunset :) Are you serious?! All the heart eyes! At a loss for words with these two! And then when it’s your couple’s idea to lie down on the floor with the flower petals, you don’t hesitate! 

Christa and Edward, I know we’ve told you a thousand times, but we are SO grateful you chose us to capture your wedding day! It was definitely the highlight of our year and we are honored we got to be a part of it all. We love you both so much and wish you all the best in your marriage! Welcome to the married club :)
