Our first wedding of the fall season and this one did not disappoint! We loved kicking off Vic’s birthday weekend with Vanessa and Chris and their spectacular wedding day! We met Vanessa almost 7 years ago at her sister Natalia’s wedding and we are so glad we got to hang with this amazing family yet again! We started the day at the Hilton Singer Island and as we walked into the room where Vanessa was, we could feel the excitement and buzz as their big day had finally arrived. Lots of hugs were exchanged and we caught up with life before we started shooting her beautiful details. Once Vanessa got in her dress we proceeded to the first look at Veterans Park, close to the church where they got married! This park was the perfect backdrop for their first look and some portraits!

Thankfully both Vanessa and Chris was the most relaxed and go-with-the-flow couple because it started raining during the time we were supposed to do beach portraits after their ceremony! There was a small gap in the clouds where it was only a slight drizzle and they trusted us enough to head out again for some more photos. Vanessa’s only request were to get some veil shots and we made it happen for her in between the bouts of rain! Chris was so attentive to Vanessa throughout the entire day and helped at every single opportunity he could, which was the sweetest thing to witness! We loved working with Ayala Films and the team from LEP Weddings and Events throughout this wedding! It was truly a perfect day for a special couple and we’re so excited to share some favorites from Vanessa and Chris’ Singer Island wedding with you all today!
