Marco Island Engagement Photos | Emily + Jeff

We’ve been a little quiet around here for the past 2 weeks or so as we were out of the country on the trip of a lifetime in Europe! And while we will definitely share more about our trip very soon, we’ve got an amazing couple to showcase here today. As we looked through these images, our cheeks were hurting from how much we were smiling, so we’re preparing you to experience the same thing. Emily and Jeff met through mutual friends during Emily’s senior year of high school. They started hanging out more and more and soon realized that there was something more that they were both feeling. Fast forward a few years and on a trip to Marco Island, Jeff proposed to Emily in front of both their families during a family photoshoot on the beach. And a few weeks ago they traveled down to Marco Island again, but this time to get married!

While Emily and Jeff live in Buffalo, New York, Marco Island has a very special place in their hearts. Jeff spent practically every summer in Marco and since he proposed to Emily there, this beautiful island means so much to them. They got married on Vic’s birthday, but the day before, we were able to get together with them for a short engagement session on the beach right outside the Marriott Marco Island resort. They claimed that they had never taken professional pictures before and that they were so nervous but these two were seriously amazing! They are filled with so much joy and from the moment we began the session, we knew their wedding day was going to be just as awesome! We will be sharing more of our favorites from their wedding day later this week, but for now, enjoy getting to know Emily and Jeff through some of our faves from their engagement session!

Can’t you just feel how happy they are to be getting married?! Marco Island NEVER disappoints with it’s beautiful sunsets! Love these two so much! These two… we can’t! These cotton candy skies are our fave! I promise I have shorts on haha!
