She moved to Nashville from Florida on a whim, never thinking that would be the place she’d meet her future husband. She was looking to build friendships and get to know people in the area, so she joined a recreational softball league, never having played softball before. During her first game, Kelsie hit the ball, ran to first base, and was called out by the game’s referee. That referee was Cody. He caught her eye and they flirted back and forth all season but never really thought anything of it. After the season was over, they ran into each other in downtown Nashville and that was where they really hit it off. The rest, as they say, was history.

Cody proposed to Kelsie on the rooftop of their favorite restaurant overlooking downtown Nashville last December and just this past weekend they tied the knot in her hometown of Naples, FL. But before their wedding day, we got to spend some time with them for a short engagement session the day before they got married. From the very beginning, these two were absolutely amazing! Not only are they a beautiful couple on the outside, but on the inside too and we LOVED every minute of our time together. We are so glad Kelsie and Cody chose us to capture their love and here are a few favorites from their Naples engagement session!
