Nicole and Patrick have been through so much to get to this special day! From knowing each other since middle school through their youth group (when Patrick secretly had a crush on her), to military deployments, to rekindling their relationship and making it official, to more oversea deployments for Patrick, to a long distance relationship. Their love has withstood through all of it and there was no shortage of emotions and joy on their wedding day. We headed back to Jupiter for their Pelican Club wedding after being there only a few days before for another wonderful couple. Nicole and her family had welcomed us and made us feel so loved the night before during their welcome party and we were greeted once again with big hugs as we entered the bridal suite. There was so much love in that room and we could feel it!
Nicole had the most emotional first look with her dad (which made all of us teary-eyed) and as she walked down the aisle to meet Patrick, she was beaming with joy. The love these two share and the connection they have is something tangible that you can FEEL when you’re around them. Their wedding day felt like a sigh of relief, knowing they were starting their life together as husband and wife. Nicoles dad, once again, made us cry (even Vic) with his beautiful and emotional speech. We’ve heard a lot of father-of-the-bride speeches over the years but this one was the most beautiful one yet. We left this wedding day just bursting with joy and gratitude to be able to be a part of Nicole and Patrick’s wedding day because it was truly so special!
