Elegant Rusty Pelican Wedding | Christy + Hector

This past weekend was our first ever “double header” wedding weekend! We finished the weekend exhausted but our hearts were full! Full of love and well wishes for our 2 couples whose wedding days were absolutely breathtaking! Full of faith that these marriages would be ones that would stand the test of time and that their love for each other will only grow stranger. One of these couples is Christy and Hector! These two love birds tied the knot at the Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne overlooking the Miami skyline. They both got ready at the Four Seasons hotel in Brickell and their details were absolutely beautiful to photograph. We loved how they incorporated Hector’s daughter, Andrea into so many aspects of their wedding; she’s such a sweet and spunky little girl!

Even though the ceremony had to be moved indoors due to the rain, it couldn’t put a damper on their special day! Their love for each other was evident in every part of their wedding day and these two really know how to have fun! They danced to every song in their reception and gave all their guests glow sticks, hats, and light up foam wands, it was AWESOME! We loved capturing each unique wedding detail and all the sweet expressions on their faces throughout the day. Working with Christy and Hector was such an honor and we had a blast during the wedding! And then the party began!!! And party they did!
