Society of the Four Arts Engagement Photos | Samantha + Lance

society of the four arts engagement pictures

They first met in high school through the basketball program while Samantha was a freshman and Lance was a senior. They were just friends and ended up going to different colleges. Once they graduated and figured out what they wanted to do, they both ended up moving back to their hometown in West Palm. They had no idea what was going on in each other’s lives because they weren’t even connected on social media at that point. But they reconnected with Sam’s best friends and Lance’s best friend were dating each other and they started hanging out all together. The rest, as they say, is history! Fast forward to last fall when, after 4 years, Lance decided to propose during candlelight dinner on the beach while they were on a trip together.

Samantha is the sister of one of our past bride’s Amanda and from the moment we met her at Amanda’s wedding, we secretly hoped and prayed she’d choose us to be her photographers once Lance proposed! In fact, the day after he proposed, she messaged us on Instagram to let us know and we were so excited for them both and still secretly hoping she’d ask us to photograph their wedding! Then she emailed us asking us to be her photographers and we were overjoyed! We’ve loved this couple from the moment we met them during her sisters wedding and now it’s their turn to get married! They decided to do their engagement session at The Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach and we loved getting to shoot at this location for the first time. Sam and Lance did amazing during our time together and they even brought their pup Stella along for some photos. We had so much fun together and we are excited to share some of our favorites from their session with you all today!
