Oh what a difference is felt when brides and grooms have a wedding planner to help them with their big day. Whether they have someone there every step of the way, or even just a day-of planner, it makes a world of difference. Now, we do understand that some couples are on a very tight budget, and trust us, we totally get it. And maybe you can’t afford the very expensive high end planner of your dreams, but there are PLENTY of wonderful planners who have very reasonable prices for their services. If you have to scrimp and save and maybe skip out on that dessert bar at your wedding, trust us you will not regret hiring a wedding planner! We are but simple photographers, but trust us when we tell you that we automatically know when there is a good wedding planner involved in a wedding day!
Here are a few reasons why we think wedding planners are a must:
1. Wedding planners help relieve stress!
A good wedding planner will help bring down the stress level of the bride and groom and usually all the vendors they work with. When we have worked with a wedding planner in the past, we breathe a sigh of relief and our stress levels go down because we know that someone is there to take care of any situation that may arise. Wedding planners are there to make sure that your wedding day goes off without a hitch.
2. Wedding planners know what you need
Wedding planners have planned many weddings and know the ins and outs of what should happen on a wedding day. Although you may not think so, they know A LOT more about weddings than you do! Even a day-of planner will know how to make the day run as smoothly as possible. Once you explain your vision for your wedding day, they will help you decide what you need or don’t need in order for your day to be absolutely perfect.
3. Wedding planners help all the vendors
We have had the privilege of working with a few wedding planners that we LOVE! Even though we are the photographers, and not the bride and groom, they have helped us so much. Anytime we need something, when things may be disorganized with other vendors, they always make sure everyone gets back on track. It helps us breathe easy knowing that if there is some sort of emergency or a situation arises, we have someone that will help us and be on our side. There is nothing better than working with a great wedding planner!
