Westin Colonnade Miami Wedding | Paola + Steven

What an amazing way to kick off our wedding season! Paola and Steven tied the knot on Friday and their day couldn’t have been sweeter. They got ready in their home with their closest family members and their entire day was filled with so much love and emotion! When we walked in they welcomed us with open arms and a huge hug. Everyone was excited but there was so much peace in the house and despite the rain, they kept a positive attitude the entire time! We enjoyed our time with them so much and we are so happy that they allowed us to be a part of their special day!

Paola has an 11 year old daughter who is the sweetest girl! She helped her mom get ready for her big day and it was so beautiful to witness. They also have a puppy name Puma who was walking around during the getting ready and looking so stinkin’ cute! Their ceremony was at Our Lady of Miami Lakes Catholic church and their reception was at the Westin Colonnade Miami, which was SO gorgeous! We are so excited to share these images with you! Paola’s dress was entirely beaded and absolutely stunning!

How cool are these Batman cufflinks?! Such a sweet and tender moment between Paola and her daughter, Catalina. Oh my goodness, I can’t even explain how much I love this picture and how beautiful I think she looks! First kiss as husband and wife! These two were such troopers! We rushed outside after the ceremony and even with the rain drizzling, they totally rocked their portraits!
Definitely a favorite! We LOVE a long veil! Gah! Another favorite! This is the first time we shoot a wedding at the Westin Colonnade in Coral Gables and we were not disappointed! The decor was so gorgeous!!! Love their cake topper! First dance as Mr. and Mrs. She’s beaming with joy! And then they got the party started! My hair was nice before I stepped out into the Miami humidity! Paola and Steven, we are so honored to be able to be a part of your special day! You both have a very special place in our hearts and we wish you nothing but the best on this new journey! Welcome to the married club!!!
