Elopements are truly the most amazing and beautiful celebration of love and we’re obsessed with them! Every time we get an inquiry for an elopement, we get SO excited and when Ana and Luis asked us to capture their elopement, we were thrilled! These two met while on the dance floor, literally! They were taking salsa and bachata dance classes, met there, and soon after started dating. In 2019, they got engaged in Puerto Rico while on a trip with their best friends. Luis was waiting for the right moment and finally popped the question while on this trip! Fast forward to 3 years later when, this past Saturday, they finally got to tie the knot in a small and intimate elopement with just their parents and siblings there to witness it. Ana and Luis are so in love and you can just tell how excited they were to finally be getting married!

We started our time together where Ana was getting ready to capture some photos of these sweet moments with her and her mom as she got into her dress. We then headed to Pinecrest Gardens where they would be getting married to do a first look and some portraits of her and Luis before their ceremony. It was the sweetest first look and although it was a little warm, these two were troopers the entire time. When we chatted with them a few weeks before the wedding, they told us they were shy and weren’t sure how they’d be in front of the camera. But they did SO good and were such naturals in front of the camera! They had a beautiful ceremony in the hidden garden and officially became husband and wife as their families looked on. We found the most beautiful light in a small little spot towards the back of the gardens after their ceremony and those images are some of our favorites from this intimate elopement!
