There’s something extra special about photographing couples who’ve grown up together, especially when their story comes full circle. These two high school sweethearts chose to have their Jupiter engagement session right where it all began: the spot where Mike got down on one knee and asked Julia to marry him. It was the sweetest full-circle moment, surrounded by sunshine, ocean breeze, and the familiar beauty of Jupiter, Florida.

We started their Jupiter engagement photos at the exact location of their proposal by the water, with the Jupiter Lighthouse peeking through in the background. You could see how meaningful it was for Julia and Mike to be back in that spot, laughing and reliving one of the best days of their lives. Their connection was effortless, and every smile felt completely natural. We moved over to Dubois Park for the second part of their session and they also brought along their sweet puppy, Reacher, for part of their engagement session in Jupiter, and he absolutely stole the show! We always love when couples include their pets because it adds such a fun, personal touch.
