We can officially thank Valerie and Ed for Emma’s first experience on a boat! They wanted their engagement session to reflect their love for the water and boating and we happily obliged! We started their session in a small waterfront park in Palm Beach and then hopped on their boat to finish off the day! Emma joined us during this session by way of baby carrier and slept half the time and then was awake during our time on the water, which she LOVED! And Valerie and Ed couldn’t have been better during our time together capturing their session. They fell right into all the poses we put them in and were just awesome to photograph. It was even their idea to climb into a huge Banyan tree which ended up being one of our favorite photos from this session!

Valerie and Ed met through mutual friends at a get-together but Ed lived in New Jersey at the time so they went their separate ways. A year later Valerie wished him a happy birthday on facebook and that’s when they really hit it off. As Ed described it “She slid into his DM” and they’ve been together ever since haha! They’ve been dating for almost 6 years and Ed decided to propose last October. Now they’re getting married is just a few weeks and we couldn’t be happier to capture their big day! These two are amazing and we’re excited to be sharing some favorites of their Palm Beach engagement pictures with you all today!
