This anniversary session was one for the books! Aside from the fact that they made our jobs SO easy, this amazing couple had us laughing the entire time we were together! Jennifer is a photographer in Orlando, so when she reached out to us to capture a session for her and her husband Brett, we were absolutely honored. It means the world to us when a fellow photographer asks us to photograph them and we never take it for granted! They came down from Orlando to us because they wanted their photos at the beach and we couldn’t think of a better spot than the beach at House of Refuge! And although I got splashed by a huge wave right at the beginning of the session (you’ll see the soaking wet behind the scenes photo at the end) it was well worth it for these two!

Jennifer and Brett are the sweetest couple and were so easy-going and fun to be around! We met Jennifer through social media (gotta love it when Instagram brings people together) and when we met her in person, she was even sweeter than we imagined! She’s a photographer and avid Disney fan and Brett is a pediatric physician and we’re so glad we got to photograph this anniversary session for them. We say it often, but there’s truly a special connection that married couples have and we love capturing mature love. The joy that Jennifer and Brett have is contagious and there’s a whole lot of love and laughter throughout this blog post. We’re so excited to share some of our favorites from last week’s anniversary session with you all today!
